We have a 30-day money back policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request your money back.
To be eligible for getting your money back, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the faulty product.
To start a money back process, please send a brief description of the issue you have with our product and attach a picture showing the issue, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your claim is accepted, we’ll refund your money via the payment method you used for the purchase. We may ask you to the product back to us for evaluation, if so we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
